How it all works

Our First Contact

Its important that we understand your needs and goals and our first conversation is the perfect opportunity for you to ask as many questions as you like. In addition to this you will receive a Health & Lifestyle Questionnaire which will be invaluable in formulating your individual training plan. 

We are all unique and and we pride ourselves on making sure that your program is written for your needs.

The First Session...and Beyond

The first session will be a great introduction to the program that will help you achieve your Health & Fitness Goals.

You will be shown the correct techniques for carrying out the exercises. You will be motivated you to carry out your program and educate you as to why you need to train certain muscles.

Your Nutrition is just as important as your Exercise which is why you will be asked to complete a Food Diary on a regular basis. This will lead to invaluable feeback on how you can improve your food and fluid intake without ever having to diet!

Program Review

Your exercise program will be reviewed on a regular basis (4-5 weeks) to allow further fitness gains and improvements.

Your Body Fat% will be regularly monitored so not only will you feel and look healthy you'll have the statistics to prove it!

In addition to Exercise and Nutrition you will get advice on the type of exercise equipment that best suits your needs and enviroment.We remove the hassle of priceing and purchasing equipment by doing this on your behalf.

Support

  • Weekly text messages, phone calls or emails to ensure that you are motivated even when we're not with you.
  • Monthly Newsletter with hints and tips on Exercise and Nutrition.

Are you Ready?

We are based in Bristol, Bath and surrounding area and are available to train you any day of the week, which includes weekends. We have the following locations available to us...

Home Training
We will come to you at a time that suits you and if applicable providing a variety of equipment for our sessions such as Stability Balls, Dumbells, Resistance Tubes, BOSU and Medicine Balls, Boxing gloves and Pads (dont worry YOU do the punching!)

Creative Bodyz Gym
A gym located in Bishopsworth Bristol between 9am-4pm Monday to Friday.

The Great Outdoors
If outdoor training is more your thing then this is an excellent option.
