Hi I'm Dave Lewis and thanks for taking the time to have a look at our site.
3 years ago I decided to leave my office job and pursue my dream of making a difference to people's lives by improving their health and fitness. After obtaining my Diploma in Personal Training I am doing exactly what I set out to achieve!
To meet the demand for my services Tim Blake has come on board, a like minded Personal Trainer who shares my belief that with motivation and guidance you will see positive changes through exercise and nutrition.

Is your Stability Ball the right size for you?

Under 5'2" - 45cms ball
